Dear Aman,
University transfer is not possible as there is no provision for that. Only one can change college within same university and under some special or unavoidable circumstances and you are migrating from one University to another which is not allowed. You have to write a letter to UGC and take permission from there.

Easy in what sense? BCA is for making a career in IT and BBA is a Bachelor degree in business administration. I suggest you to go through the syllabus of both the courses and then make the decision.

Hi Surya,
This decision should totally depend upon the interest area of a student. Go for BCA if you want to make your career in IT. Whereas a BBA is Bachelor degree in business administration.
Choose as per your interest.
Good luck.

Ashish placement is based on your skill set first of all evaluate your skill set and interest in the subject. As per your profile B.Sc. is more suitable to you but again it is worth only when you have an interest in the PCM if not than BBA is a good choice.
