NMIMS is known for its MBA and is growing in the field of law as well. UPES is a great university for law, but I would go with NMIMS if talked about corporate sector.

Yes, you can apply for BBA/MBA. You might find the subject a little challenging at first but I am sure you can do well once you understand the basics. All the best.
