DU does not offers B.Tech, but one of its Department Cluster Innovation Centre offers B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations). You have to apply separately for the Entrance Exam for B.Tech. So fill that form, if you haven't already. Entrance examination you need to appear in completely depends upon the college in which you want to get admission. In general, Admission in BCA on the basis of marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination. Also, there are some colleges universities which conduct entrance examination for admission in BCA.

Eligibility Criteria :
A person, who has passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.

The overall cutoff for TANCET is 9.534 - 31.208 marks.

BCA is better option. All the three courses have great opportunities. The opportunities are not so much within the type of degree, as it is within the individual who has the degree. Opportunities are always there. It is up to you to take advantage of them through creative and critical thinking, assertiveness, perseverance, commitment, positive attitude, and the ability to think through long-term benefits.

According to me BCA is better amongst these 3. Depends on your long-term goals. In case you are unsure of that, you might want to consider some of these factors: The job opportunities after BCA are far better than B.Sc. The pay package that one gets after BCA will be better than what one gets after B.Sc.
