It generally happens with B.com ones who choose MCA for their PG.There's a way out of it for all non-mathematics students.Well, math is essentially not important for BCA but it is always recommended since the subjects in college would require a great deal of mathematical application which is nothing but complex. So, in your 10+2, go for math as optional and either of computer courses (C++, Python, JAVA, IT etc) as compulsory. Also, a basic knowledge of maths will help you to ace subjects like Quantitative Aptitude which are often the hitting points to your CGP.

Yes, you can secure a job after completing an online BCA. Employers prioritize the skills and knowledge you bring to the table, rather than how you obtained your degree. If your online BCA is from a recognised institution with the appropriate accreditation, like UGC, it holds equivalent value to a traditional on-campus degree in the eyes of employers. Some of the top companies that hire online BCA graduates are Amazon, Dell, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Mindtree, etc.

It does not have a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), but it does have completely B. Tech programs associated with Computer Science, IT, etc. Most BCA programs mandate mathematics as a compulsory subject. So, pursuing a BCA program from those universities would be tough for you since you've studied management/commerce in your 12th and did not take math.
