While both the BCA and the BSc Computer Science degrees are application-oriented, the BCA emphasises concepts. It's great connecting with you. Yes. You can pursue BCA without Maths and computer in class 12th. Maths and Computers are not compulsory for BCA.

Yes, you can join BCA after completing Diploma. You can complete BCA and go for Masters as well. Hope this helps
