The candidate must have pursued a Bachelors degree in BCA or equivalent.

You can get admission for BCA in integral University and for that the eligibility is 45% in 10+2 so you should atleast have around 45 to 50% in 10th and 12th.

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications PGDCA is a one year professional course in Computer Applications that imparts knowledge about computer application or computer Science. Eligibility criteria : The candidate needs to be a graduate in any discipline B.A. B.Com B.Sc. BBA BCA B.Tech etc. ).

The following Universities admitting students in BCA without Mathematics in 10+2.
1. LPU Phagwara
2. Chandigarh University
3. I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.

It is possible though but you have to take admission in 1st year in B.Sc. Biotechnology, it would be better if you change your subject if you don't do so your degree will be useless because you are not going to learn anything but wasting your 3 more years.
