As a friend I would suggest you to first complete your BCA as you have already dedicated your 1 valuable year to it. Also, there are very few good institutes offering a Journalism course at Bachelor level. Keeping in mind your keen interest towards Journalism, I would suggest you to pursue a part time Certificate course in Journalism and after completing your BCA you can opt for a full time PG in Journalism or Mass Comm. The eligibility criteria of BCA of Amity University Mumbai is given below.
Eligibility : 10+2 with Maths / Computer Sc. / Information Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web Technology / Data Management Application / Web Application
So from above Maths is not necessary in 12th for doing BCA of Amity Mumbai. if you have studied anyone subject as mentioned above, can be eligible for BCA course of Amity University Mumbai.

You can get admission in MBA. You are ranking is okay. It also depend on graduations marks and other things. Fee rembursmnet depend on university/ college norms. It vary from college to college.
