The eligibility requirement for MCA programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or with (BA/B.Com/B.Sc. Yes Absolutely! BCA is a very good course when it comes to the knowledge a student gets, practical exposure, placements and Industry readiness. This 3 year course has the latest syllabus in almost all universities including IKGPTU Jalandhar. I think BCA is one of the very few courses that provides the best of the placements in top notch IT Companies directly after completion of the course. After BCA you can Pursue a 2 Year Masters Course in Computer Applications which will further open lot of opportunities for you.

B.C.A.L.L.B. combination is rare so it had no more scope because doing computer application with law course is waste of time. However BBA LLB van be the better option because the application of Management principles and law course have great demand in present scenario.
