ICFAI University Meghalaya offers BCA General in the campus. It doesn't offer any specialisation for BCA programme. However, the institute does offer certificate and Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. While BCA is a three-year programme, the certificate and Advanced Diploma programmes are offered with lesser duration. The ICFAI University, Meghalaya was awarded as the Best University in Meghalaya by CCLA- Educational Leadership Awards 2017.

The students pursuing a course from the university are open to various scholarships like Scholarships for students on the basis of AUAT, Scholarships for students on the basis of marks/ CGPA, JEE Scholarship, Sports Scholarship, Merit cum Means Scholarship, Scholarship for the wards of Defence Personnel, etc. Candidates are shortlisted for the scholarships based on their merit. Chancellor Scholarship of up to INR 8 crore is also provided to students

Admission to BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates with good score in the qualifying exam are entitled to direct admission. Candidates with less score in the qualifying exam are required to qualify AUAT to get admission to BCA course. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission.

Yes, the university offers BCA and BCA (Hons) for a duration of three-years. The university also offers BCA (Hons) in two specialisations, namely Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Gaming & Animation. Those students who wants to learn Computer languages and after that who wants to join Software Industry can apply for the BCA course

The BCA placements at IBSAR Navi Mumbai is average.
