If you want to do the BCA course then You also have to go for the MCA course after BCA as Growth OF BCA graduates incorporate field are not good of BCA graduates. So I will say you do the BCA course then Go For an Entrance exam named NIMCET. By this Entrance exam, you will get the top 10 NIT's colleges from where you can do MCA course.

Yes Ashwani, Its a better choice for you to go for CCNA certification after completing BCA as its the basic for the networking domain and now the new series for CCNA 200-301 which is having less syllabus and its limited also. Its the best path for beginning your career towards Networking and make sure to get hands on for each and every concept. After completing your CCNA you can apply for CCNP for higher level certification.
