Since you are asking me to compare two completely different subjects, it seems to me, you are interested partly in both. If that's the case, then I recommend going for BCA then MCA. There is a lack of good software for geographical and tectonic surveys and predictions. You might want to make that kind of software yourself when you know how to code. So, if you go for BCA and if you really like geography too, which is a rare case; then later on you can do web research on it and make awesome scientific software that sell, or websites for the same.

For St. Xavier's college, Ahmedabad, you can apply now and for DAV College, Chandigarh you can apply from 15th June.

We cannot compare BCA and B.Com because they both are different paths. If you have interest in computer programming and all then you can apply for BCA and if you don't have interest in computers, then you can go for B.Com.

Your percentage is very low. You can apply for the college that do not have percentage criteria for the admission. As per my suggestion, you shouldn't apply for BCA because when companies will come for placement, they would not allow the students to sit with less than 60%.

Yes, there are many colleges that take direct admissions. Therefore, you can apply for them, one of them is Teerthankar Mahaveer University.

Fee depends on the colleges and also, you have to see that the college is providing reservation or not. Generally, if the college provides reservation on fees then fees for reserved categories (SC/ST) is less.

You are eligible for BCA if you had maths or computer science in your 11th and 12th.
