First, you have to check the eligibility criteria to get admission to Chikiti Mahavidyalaya Chikiti for the BCA course. Eligibility Criteria: Pass 10+2 or any other exam in a recognised Board with a minimum of 50 percent. Admission Process:
1- Log in to the official website of the Chikiti Mahavidyalaya, Ganjam, and start the registration process.

No that is not compulsory but NIMCET or National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test are the national level MCA entrance exam conducted by National Institute of Technology (NIT). NITs are institutes of national importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India. This is compulsory.

That totally depends on what you want to do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. Is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work harder than others. The reason why I am telling you is that in B.Sc.
