As there is no information available on their official website regarding the fee for BCA course, then you will have to make a call to the college or visit the college and ask them the complete fee for 3 years of BCA.

Yes, many of the colleges keep minimum 50% as the eligibility criteria but you still have to contact the admission department to know whether they have kept any particular subject's marks higher than your marks as minimum requirement to be eligible for admission.

I've done some research and the rent for the first year of BCA in Christ was 60,000 INR and later for 80,000 for the second and third year. The hostel is only for girls and not for boys. The rent might have changed now depending upon the facilities they provide, you should consider consulting it directly with the college over the phone or by visiting the campus.
