I want to do MBA in IT, should I do BBA in IT or BCA as my UG course?

You can do MBA after any branch even engineering. And if you don't like engineer then go for BBA and then after MBA. But, I suggest to do BCA then MBA. Because after BCA, if you don't get admission for MBA then you will remain scope in BCA line.

I'm 23 year old, am I eligible for BCA course or not? Is there any age limit in BCA? I have done 3 year Diploma in computer science.

No, there is no maximum age limit in BCA, You can easily apply for it and complete the course successfully.

From the name itself, it is clear that BCA (Mobile Application & Cloud Computing) focuses on the app and UI development for mobile phones, whereas the other one focuses upon the security over the internet. Looking for their scope, both are quite better. And, has a very good scope because

For government jobs, start preparing for entrance exams. There are many SBI PO Civil services, RRB, RBI, SSC CGL etc. Fill entrance application forms and start giving exams. Different exams have different difficulty level and scope. Read about each and apply accordingly.

Candidates who wish to pursue BCA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria. Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board of education. ITI has a lot of value in India. Yes, it can help you get job faster. But, I would like to recommend other courses like Data analytics, digital marketing, IoT and Blockchain, etc. These are trending and will have more demand in future. Explore various options and then select ITI.
