I doubt, if you'll be granted admission based on your class 12th class percentage. I would suggest you to once get in touch with the admission committee of the college and explain your situation before applying.

It depends on the college you are trying to apply. So, please specify the college name and for a rough idea it will cost you around 15 lacs in the tier two colleges. Reply to your comment:- for BCA+MCA in LPU Delhi you will need 4.5 lacs to 6.5 lacs. And integrated MCA will add some 50000 more to your cost of study. Opt for the course according to your final aim/goal and choose accordingly. If you want to do service and pursue your dream, opt for BCA and vice versa.
