Hi,
If you have completed M.Sc IT, applying to another MS degree will be very difficult. You can complete PGDCA or the first year of MS IT, this depends on the career outcome and the subjects taught. You have to tally accordingly, check if you want industry related course or want to go for research. You can also drop a few emails to the universities and find out their preference.

It's not possible. It's not school. You can't switch it to continue with some other college. So, it's not possible.

Yes, you can do bed after BCA , but if you are interested in teaching field, then you can also do that by getting Masters in Computer Application (MCA). Only BCA and B.Ed is not appropriate to pursue your career in education.

The admission process is currently going on, and it's till August last I guess. But, the main question is why you want to take admission in IGNOU? I am a BCA student of IGNOU and honestly speaking don't pursue any course from IGNOU. There is no one to teach you and the main thing is the exams will make you cry and you will regret later. Better to go for other institutes. If you want to do something good go for others and it gives the degree of correspondence which the Top companies don't even look at your CV.
