Candidates must be Indian nationals. They should be graduation degree holders (BCA/B.Sc (Hons. )/B.Sc/BIT) as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university. If you have completed M.Sc IT, applying to another MS degree will be very difficult. You can complete PGDCA or the first year of MS IT, this depends on the career outcome and the subjects taught. You have to tally accordingly, check if you want industry related course or want to go for research. You can also drop a few emails to the universities and find out their preference.
