Admission Details:
Admission Procedure
Every eligible candidate has to pass a Common Entrance Test to be conducted by the respective Institute/College. Minimum Eligibility:

Yes, it is possible in most of colleges. Generally, the allocation of seats to change to any particular branch is done on basis of a merit list on the score of your first-year performance. You can ask to the college directly. They will tell you more clearly.
