This is the minimum eligibility required:-
The qualification of NEET is mandatory for Indian Nationals, OCIs and PIOs alike. As per the media reports, the move has been taken to ensure that meritorious students are going abroad to pursue dental education. Until now, candidates who have scored 50% in class 12th were eligible to apply for BDS abroad. Thank you.

In recent years, hospital industry is gaining corporate structure in India and more and more multi-specialist hospitals are coming up. At present, there is acute shortage of management hands with medical background. Therefore, there is no doubt that after BDS or MBBS one can opt a career in Management. However, by opting management side one will miss the dental practice & that could affect her/him in future if he/she opt to practice.

You can't study M.Sc in astrophysics after BDS directly. I mean you can change your career but you can't get admission directly in M.Sc.
First thing is: - you must have maths in class 12, it's very good if you had.
2nd thing is: - you take some other way that would be good for you I guess, I mean keep pursuing in dental field and learn astrophysics indirectly. One of the easiest way is to join certification courses. Seek for online courses in astrophysics and study them. However, for getting admission in M.Sc astrophysics one needs to have B.Sc. Hon's in physics.
