The admission process of admissions in Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies and Research is based on the students' performance in the entrance examination, class XII marks and personal Interview. This institute considers the scores of the different Management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA and XAT. The final decision is 40% based on entrance exam result, 30% based on academic credentials and 30% based on personal interviews.

Application to the MBA/MMS programme in Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies and Research 2024-26 batch is now complete. But the institute has stated that the admission process for the Ph.D. programme is begun for the academic year 2024-25. For the ATMA 2025, on December 22, 2024, applications for MBA/MMS/PGDM are open till December 9, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam will be conducted on 25th January 2025 and the last date of registration is 13 December 2024.

Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies and Research gives 100% scholarship to very few select students based on merit. This scholarship is offered to those students who have performed very well in their entrance test like CAT, MAT or CMAT. In detail, only students who have received 99 percentile or above scores in these exams will only be required to pay half tuition fee to any university of their choice. However, all students who has scored 95 percentile or above shall be awarded 50% of tuition fee discount from the accredited university. Scholarship is given out in a range of up to 5% of the total admission cohort.

Speaking about the availability of food within the diners of the Hostel messes of the Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management Studies and Research, it is possible to mention that the food is rather good and also very clean. The mess has been serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian meals with a stress on the nutritional aspect of food. The menu is prepared by staff of professional chefs with the help of nutritionists, so students eat healthy meals. The infrastructure possessed by the IMS & R Bharati Vidyapeeth is excellent and the facilities provided to the students are excellent to facilitate learning possession. The institute occupies a campus area of five acres and also has more than 20 class rooms, ten seminar halls and five conference rooms. This institute has almost 10 student clubs which are Debate Club, Performing Arts Club, Sports Club, Social Service Club etc. through which the students can get involve according to their choice or hobby.
