After completing B.Sc from IHM, you can opt to either M.Sc or MBA.
Note: The IHM around India only provide B.Sc H&HA, not BHM.

The difference between B.Sc and BHM are as follows:
B.Sc
1) It's a three year programme.
2) It has 4 months of internship.
3) It is mainly affiliated to NCHMCT.
4) B.Sc is mainly tutored by IHM around India.
BHM
1) It is a four year programme.
2) It has 6 months or 1 year internship.
3) It is mainly tutored by the private colleges.
4) Subjects are similar to B.Sc.

No, you cannot appear for government exams after completing BHM. You can appear for government exams by completing B.Sc H&HA.
