BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate academic degree course which covers medical knowledge of the homoeopathic system. BHMS course is of 5-year duration which includes an internship. The course can be pursued after completion of 10+2 level of education with 50% marks in aggregate.

Yes, it is possible to do MD (Homeopathy) after Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery.

There is no lateral entry, and it altogether a different field, I suggest you to for Masters in the subject of your graduation, after M.Sc. You have a lot of options available for job worth in number of industries.
