Hi,
As per my search I could find some of the colleges offering Master in Public Health (MPH) through correspondence mode. Below is the list.
-IGNOU
-Public Health Foundation of India
-Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University
While selecting the best college, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, syllabus, fees, placements etc.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!
