If you missed the counseling for BHMS program at C.D. Pachchigar College of Homoeopathic Medicine and Hospital, then immediately contact the college's admission office and explain your situation and ask if there are any provisions for late counseling or a second round. Some colleges permit students to attend later rounds if seats are available. Ensure you have all the required documents and be prepared for any alternative procedures they may suggest. If late admission is not possible, you may have to consider other colleges or wait for the next academic session.

It's unlikely that you'll be able to get admission for BDS, BHMS, or BAMS with 185 marks and a rank of 1052142 in NEET:
BDS
A score of 400 in NEET gives a fair chance of admission to a BDS course, especially for reserved category candidates. However, to get a seat in a government dental college, a candidate usually needs a minimum score of 450.
BAMS
For admission to a private college offering a BAMS course, a score of 450 is usually enough. However, for government colleges, a minimum score of around 500 in NEET UG is typically required.

Further studies like a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or MD in Homeopathy can open additional opportunities. Yes, you can definitely get admission in BHMS or BAMS with 168 marks in NEET with Sc category. Although it cannot be predicted accurately that you'll get admission or not as the cutoff varys every year. But based on past cutoff information, the average NEET cutoff for BAMS for Sc category was 110–117. So, you will be eligible for admission in BAMS. It is also to be kept in mind that this score is quite unfavorable to get a government Institute, but you might get a private one.
