Registration: The State Pharmacy Council or another equivalent regulating agency in your area may require that you register.

Property: You might need to have a suitable site and property that complies with the regulatory authority's standards. This involves making sure that medications are stored properly.

Compliance: You are required to abide by all rules and laws pertaining to the handling, distributing, and storage of medications, including homoeopathic medicines.
