Generally speaking, the following may be necessary to qualify for a medical shop licence:
Education requirements: A degree or Diploma in pharmacy or a closely related subject is often required. Your M.Tech in biomedical engineering and B.Tech in biotechnology may or may not directly relate to pharmacy, thus you may need to provide evidence of extra training or credentials in pharmacy to complete the eligibility requirements.
Registration: The State Pharmacy Council or another equivalent regulating agency in your area may require that you register.

A candidate must have passed 10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2023 with required percentile of eligibility.
