Hi, No you can only take admission in the course for which you have filled the form and appeared in entrance test.

If you especially talk about fine arts, then a Bachelor of fine arts is the best course you can pursue.

If you are giving class 12th exam this year, then congratulations, you are eligible for BHU UET test.
