It is a good faculty. I did my M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from there. The course is very well designed. And the best part is, it has a lot of Project based learning courses which actually gives you an experience to work on real world problems. The faculty members are very experienced and helpful. Biomedical Engineering is a developing field. In India, it is still at a very nacent stage. Biomedical all together is a very vast field with several domains. The jobs for Biomedical Engineer are broadly divided into following:

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. NET exam is conducted to check the eligibility for the award of JRF or assistant professor in universities. Hello Shubham,
There are few vacancies every year due to shortage of admissions in various engineering colleges across the country. The institutes also releases notification for admission into such seats by non-gate candidates.
I suggest you to search for such institutes as these seats are less in number.
