I think you should go for the SRM  for B.Tech biomedical or biotechnology or CSBS as it is well reputated college and it has the best lab facilities.

Firstly you want to fill the application form from website. Then you need to clear the VITEEE exam and then based on your rank in exam you will get category 1 or 2 . Based on category the fee structure is different and also from department to department it will varies

You can join VIT or SRM. These both are best in biomedical. Scope of Biomedical Engineering in India.
After doing Biomedical Engineering, you can be employed in some MNC's as Sales, Service and Application Specialists. You can work as a Research Engineer as well in some OEM Manufacturing Companies.
