You are eligible for M.Sc. (Bioinformatics) course after completion of your B.Sc. (Computer Science) course. Demand of computer Science course is more than bioinformatics course. So, you should continue your higher study in M.Sc. (Computer Science) after B.Sc. (Computer Science). M.Sc. Bioinformatics or Master of Science in bioinformatics is a 2 year programme for postgraduate students In Science stream. Bioinformatics is basically for management of data in modern Biology and medicine. The eligibility criteria set by colleges and universities is to clear Bachelors degrees in Science stream with a minimum 50% from a recognised college.

The average salary package after M.Sc. Bioinformatics is INR 3 Lacs to INR 10 Lacs. It depends on your theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of internship. Also it depends on the size and geographical area of the company. The top recruiting companies are WIPRO, Reliance, Satyam, Ranbaxy, Biscon, Strand life sciences etc.

Admission in Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College - B.Sc. (Hons.) in Bioinformatics is merit based only. So, wait for the cutoffs to see if you can get admission there. 85% is a pretty decent course so you will get admission there easily I guess. Though, all the best!
