Why not. You can do car designing after completing your XII exam. As my cousin's brother also completed his Bachelor's degree in Automobile and transportation design so I know it very well. He was selected UID for his study so I can share their admission process with you. After completing your higher secondary exam from any recognised board with minimal 50%, you have to sit for their admission test. There will be 3 rounds of selection test. First round is Design aptitude test, that first round will be the written exam, and if you are shortlisted for the first round, then they will call you for the second & third rounds, which will be Studio test & Portfolio evolution.
