If you have good grades in 12th, you will easily get admission there. Just calculate your best 4 and check whether you are eligible for the courses by seeing the cut-off on the DU official website (or check if any entrance test is there for the courses you have mentioned, on the official website of DU).
The fee is very less since they are government colleges.

Check with your college or university scholarships. Additionally, some universities offer automatic merit-based scholarships based on your grades. For example, BYU-Idaho offers scholarships for current college students you have at least a 3.75 GPA. The higher your GPA, the more tuition the school will cover.

It is not possible for a biology students to take admission in bio medical engineering . With biology you should have to have mathematics as your one subject. Because bio -medical engineers are after all will deal with the calculations , so if you score good marks in your engineering entrance still you need to have Mathematics as your subject in Class 12th. However, you can pursue B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) in biotechnology. Good Luck Sayan.
