Hi,
Biotechnology has numerous opportunities abroad particularly in RnD. I will advice you to retake GRE if you can, try for a score above 310. MIT, Columbia University, Caltech, George Mason, University of Oxford, ETH Zurich etc. Visit the university websites for research opportunities in the field of your choice and write to them along with your research questions or proposal. They will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Follow up proactively with them.

Yes you are eligible to change it but it is your responsibility to manage it.
I would suggest you to select those subjects you are interested in and find easy to understand. All the best.

Read NCERT with the reference book of Dinesh Publications. It helps you a lot to understand the topics easily. Then, you have to solve the previous last 5 years questions. It helps you to understand what type of questions are asked by boards.
All the best.

In order to have wider career options, you are advised to opt for PCMB at 10+2 stage if it'd allowed by your school and board of education. Even with PCB you have other career option beside medical such as pure science, pharmacy, law, hotel management, BBA, fashion designing , medical technologist, nursing etc.
