Dear Anurag,
According to your statement, I would suggest you to firstly concentrate on your study. You can enjoy Bachelors life in every programme but that depends how you maintain your time table for fun and study.
Once you have knowledge and experience, you can earn well whether you are in medical, engineering, teaching or corporate job and enjoy your life too.
