Hello Aman,
If you want to go for engineering, it is better to take computer and PCM. As there are multiple branches in engineering, you can opt for any courses.
In future, computer science engineering will have a good scope and so if you take computer science and PCM, it will be better.
If you want to do biotechnology or genetic engineering, then opt for biology and PCM.

Yes, you are eligible to study B.Com. But, somewhere you'll get problems about basics of commerce as it I cleared in +1and +2. But, if you give some extra time and put enough efforts then it'll be easier for you.
Good luck.

Yes, you can.
Don't Lose Hope.
You can still try again and write the CBSE improvement examination.
But, most probably you will not fail. I have seen the results of students who don't know anything about physics scoring above 40 marks easily in the theory exam.
Hence, you will pass the physics paper and will not Fail easily.

Hi,
Your question is not clear to me.
For applying for microbiology honours one must have biology or biotech and phys., chem. and maths in 10+2 level.
As ancillary subjects one can have either Phys. and Chem. or Comp. Sc. and Chem.
