In BOT Physics, Chemistry and biology is important but if you dropped class 12th then you can take these steps:-
Take Biology via NIOS or as a Private Candidate:-
- In NIOS you are eligible as a to do 12th from biology from state board as a private candidate
This allows you to:
Retain your existing 12th subjects and biology as a additional subject
After clearing Biology you can apply for BOT

As per as my knowledge if you wanna know about the latest cut offs for M.Sc. in Animal Biology and Biotechnology at University of Hyderabad you'll likely need to check their official website for the 2025-2026 academic year but based on the previous year data I can say that the CUET PG exam in 2023 general category cut off for related M.Sc. programmes ranged quite a bit 190 to 240 for 2021 the general cut off for M.Sc. was around 148 so it is the data that you can consider for the future references

Biology students can appear for multiple exams after 12th. The exam depends on the course and the institute in which they are interested. The main exam required is the NEET UG exam for admission to MBBS, BDS (Dentistry), BAMS (Ayurveda), and many such courses at AIIMS and other top institutes in India. Students can also appear for CUET-UG for admission to BSc and BMLT at DU or many other institutions. There are many university-specific entrance exams also. Some universities also provide direct admission.
