In Biomedical Engineering, you can get various type of jobs like Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Application Specialist, R&D Engineer, Design Engineer. But these job profiles are nothing when compared to the mechanical engineering scope as mechanical is a core branch and Biomedical is a specialized branch. After Finishing your mechanical engineering you can take up Biomedical Engineering jobs as well.
