Well, not really. Dissection is not directly included in the BTech Biomedical Engineering coursework that focuses more on the applications of engineering fundamentals to the field of biology and medicine. There are detailed courses on anatomy and physiology, medical imaging, and biomaterials where you understand the structure of the human body, but dissection, in particular, is not a mandatory component.
