It depends on the level of the Diploma you choose. If you opt for a UG Diploma in Biomedical Engineering you'll need to fulfill the eligibility requirements, the same as the BTech course.
And if you opt for a PG Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, then you would need to fulfill the requirements, the same as the MTech course.
