You're not eligible for a BTech in Biotechnology program without Mathematics. BTech. Biotechnology requires you to have Mathematics as a core subject in class 12. The curriculum for a BTech in Biotechnology typically includes concepts mentioned below 

• Calculus
• Linear Algebra
• Probability and Statistics
• Numerical Methods

Here are the general eligibility requirements to get admission to best MBA in Biotechnology colleges in India that are commonly followed:

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% and above. For an MBA in Biotechnology, a background in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields is preferred.
• Many MBA colleges in India require candidates to appear for national-level management entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT, etc. Some institutes may conduct their entrance exams specific to biotechnology management.

Aspirants need to pass bachelor's degree in any branch of Life Sciences/ Biological Sciences (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology,  Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics and Biomedical Sciences) with a minimum of 6.0 out of 10 CGPA to apply for MSc course. Candidates belonging to OBC and EWS category need a CGPA of 5.5 out of 10.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology/ Mathematics and English with at least 50% aggregate (47.5% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for College of Biotechnology, DUVASU BTech programme. Besides, Aspirants must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2024. The maximum age limit is 25 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
