With an EAPCET rank of 46,000, you have a fair chance of getting a seat in B.Pharma or Biotechnology in private colleges or less competitive institutions in Andhra Pradesh. Colleges such as Acharya Nagarjuna University, Vignan University, or Shri Vishnu College of Pharmacy might offer opportunities based on previous cutoff trends. Participating in counseling rounds increases your chances as cutoff ranks fluctuate.

Mount Carmel College, which has a pretty good history of placements, caters to B.Sc. students from all divisions, including Biotechnology and Chemistry. Students completed from these disciplines would have found placement in companies like Biocon, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the like, as well as in several research and development organizations. The college has also provided training, workshops, and internships to boost employability. While the college has good placement opportunities, the salary package and success rate may differ from student to student depending on their performance and preparational efforts.
