The objective is to develop amongst the students, in-depth strategic understanding of operations systems, their components, contributions, and interactions with other functional areas and the analytical tools necessary to address both strategic and tactical issues especially catering to the dynamic global business networks addressing the function of efficient Operations processes and systems elated by the not only manufacturing and services but also the booming e commerce sector.
