Birla Technical Training Institute takes merit based admissions in each of the streams like Mechanical, Computer science, etc. The admission to any streams is subject to its eligibility criteria and cut off released by the college. Class 10 percentage are considered for the students for 1st year admissions. For lateral admissions in 2nd year, Class 12 or ITI percentage is considered.

The mode of Birla Technical Training Institute Pilani course admission is both online & offline. The student has to fill the application for released by the college to take part in the admission process. The admissions for the courses for each of the 4 streams are merit based. Once the application form is filled, cut off is released for each stream & the selected students are required to pay the course fee to complete the admission process.

The fee structure varies for diff. programmes based on the stream & duration of the available programmes. Add on fees like that of hostels can also be included in the yearly fee structure if one opts for it. Once the admission cycle starts for any course, the college will give all the information about the fee structure on its official page.

Birla Technical Training Institute Pilani provides Polytechnic Diploma courses in the streams like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science. The students taking admissions in the 1st year of the course have to pass their class 10 exams. For students taking admissions directly in the 2nd year of the Diploma courses, the admission is based on class 12 results or ITI percentage is considered. The students need to be from PCM stream.

The infrastructure has library, hostel, sports, and wi-fi facilities. The faculty members are well experienced & many placement opportunities are provided to the students. Overall, it is a good college for studying Diploma in Polytechnic, with a good infrastructure, faculty and placements.

Yes, there is a preference order for Birla Technical Training Institute lateral admissions into the second year. The order is as below:
1. Class 12 with Vocational/ Technical Subjects
2. Class 10 + 2 yea ITI in Engineering Trades with appropriate specialisation
3. Class 12 with PCM subjects from a recognised board
