It is feasible to get into Birla Institute of Technology Sindri (BIT) with a 70% JEE Main score, but it is dependent upon your placement in the entrance exam. Since there is fierce rivalry for seats in BIT, the rank is the most significant consideration for admission. There are only so many seats available, and the ranks are tight. A 70% percentile score in JEE Main is equivalent to a maximum rank of about 350,000 for the SC category in order to get admitted to BIT last year.
