It is a graduation degree from UGC recongnised university therefore you are eligible for Government jobs where eligibility criteria I graduation degree.

Students who have a retest in 12th board are not eligible for admission to engineering degree courses mentioned by you even after clearing their entrance examination as you have to produce 12th mark sheet at the time of admission.

B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or a Master's Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any integrated first degree of BITS
Candidates should have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree
Should have valid score in CAT/GMAT

You are eligible for bits . but for jee advanced ur eligibilty will depend on ur jee main score that whether u have cleared the cutoff of 100/360 or not

No BITS pilani is not accepting XAT scores.In Rajasthan only Array alliance and VGU Jaipur accepting XAT score .
