BITS Pilani admissions are based on student's performance in the all-India entrance examination called BITS Admission Test (BITSAT), held at BITS authorized test centres. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses (BE) at its three campuses located at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. For BITS GoaM.Techadmissions, the entrance exam accepted is GATE.

For BITS Goa course admissions, candidates need to clear the entrance exam. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission.
