BITSAT

During BITSAT preparation, students should revise every day. Revising regularly will help them not easily forget what they have already studied. Doing revision daily will help students pace their preparation.

BITSAT mock test should be used so that candidates can understand exam pattern. Mock tests will also help students know important topics and questions. Another advantage of mock test is that students can work on their time management skills and be well prepared for exam.

During BITSAT preparation, students should have a good study timetable. All syllabus should be covered before exam in study plan. Mock test and revision should be included in daily study plan.

BITSAT syllabus will be similar to 11^th and 12^th class qualifying examination. Students should carefully check syllabus and prepare according to  topics and units in it. BITSAT syllabus is prepared to check aptitude of candidates.

BITS Pilani has not announced any details about revision of BITSAT 2026 syllabus. If any changes are made, details will be announced officially at website. Students should check previous year's syllabus for now, to prepare for upcoming examination.

To prepare for BITSAT, students will have to study topics from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning. BITSAT syllabus will check aptitude of students in given subjects so they are asked to study them carefully while preparing for exam.

In BITSAT, students have to answer 130 objective questions. Each question will have four options. Correct one has to be selected. If all questions are finished before time, then additional 12 questions will be given to students to solve for extra marks.

According to BITSAT exam pattern, there is negative marking. For every wrong answer, one mark will be cut. Students should be careful while choosing questions to answer during exam.

BITSAT exam pattern is released online. Students will have to answer all questions in 3 hours. No extra time will be allowed.
