There is no such option for direct admission to BMS College of Engineering. BMS offers admission to B.Tech via entrance exam or by taking JEE exam, Students can take JEE exam and when the result is out, candidates can apply for counselling in particular courses and if their score falls under the merit list, then they can secure their seat by paying the admission fees. If students have completed their Diploma in engineering, candidates can secure their seats by taking the entrance exam, or there is one option of management quota in which the college reserves some seats for candidates. Yes, BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore does not recognise JEE Main marks for admission to its BTech programmes. Admissions at the college are mostly based on COMEDK UGET and KCET scores. As a result, students' JEE Main scores do not qualify them for admission to BMS College of Engineering.
