BMS College of Engineering mostly takes entrance based admission. The college also offers seats under Management Quota based on entrance test scores. Aspirants need to have KCET/ COMEDK for BTech, GATE/ PCGCET for MTech and KMAT/ PGCET for MBA and MCA programmes. Hence, admission is not possible without entrance exam score.

BMS College of Engineering does not have its own entrance exam, but it considers KCET, COMEDK, GATE and PGCET scores. The level of these examinations is not similar and some students find COMEDK easier than KCET. Exams can be scored well by doing preparation with Class 11 and 12 syllabus. The thing is you will be admitted based on how well you did in comparison with others.

No, BMS College of Engineering does not offer direct admission in Government or All India quota seats based on qualifying exam scores. Aspirants applying under Management Quota also need to have accepted entrance exam scores to apply on the college's website. Hence, only meeting eligbility does not guarantee admission. Aspirants must also have any of the accepted entrance exam scores for admission.
