BE in AI and ML from BMS college of engineering is a good option becasue the AI is in great demand nowadays. The total 4 years fees for this coure in BMS college of engineering is nearly INR 7-8 lakhs per year through management quota

Both BMS College of Engineering and BMS Institute of Technology are known to be good colleges in Bangalore for civil engineering. Yet, BMSCE is considered the better one for its reputation, experienced faculties, and more effective placements compared to BMSIT. Yes, you can get admission through donation seates in reputed Institutes such as BMSCE, PES and RVCE in Bangalore as they all are private Institutes having some Management Quota seats which offers direct admission on the basis of Donation.

If you have secured CSE at VIT Vellore and a COMEDK rank of 654, then both options are strong, but your choice depends on your priorities. VIT Vellore is a highly reputed private institution with excellent infrastructure, industry connections, and higher placement opportunities, especially in CSE. However, if one would rather be studying in Bangalore, then RV College of Engineering and BMS College of Engineering are also of high standard with good reputations for CSE and stable placements.
