No, the ACS College of Engineering is not as good as the BMS College of Engineering. Candidate who have passed BE or BTech degree examination in the relevant discipline and have secured at least 50% aggregate taken together in all the subjects of all the semesters of the degree examination are eligible to apply for admission to the MTech programme offered at BMS College of Engineering.
