Yes, you can be eligible for 3 years B.E. lateral entry admission at BMS COllege of Engineering, if meeting the below eligible criteria.
Eligibility criteria : Diploma in engineering with minimum 45% of aggregate marks(5th+6th semesters) for general candidates and 40% for reserved candidates of Karnataka.

You should have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the three subjects in 12th standard examination. For B.Arch candidate need to have 50% marks in aggregate along with 50% marks in Physics and Chemistry.

There is no cutoff rank. Chances of getting a seat depends upon the branch you are going for and a number of seats are empty in it.
