International students are not required to submit GRE or the GMAT for PG admissions, however it is highly recommended to support an application.
WIth just 12.8% of Boston University acceptance rate, a good GMAT or GRE score may make a student's application stand out.
There are programs like MBA that require GMAT with English language proficiency via tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.

With an acceptance rate of just 12.8%, the Boston University admissions are considered very tough. The low acceptance rate suggests that this university follows a highly selective approach in finding the right and academically inclined students to pursue education here.
Below are the Boston University application requirements for UG and PG students:
Completed Common Application form.
Application fee of approx. USD 80 or around INR 7.17K
Letters of recommendation (usually from teachers or counselors).
Personal essay or statement of purpose.
Financial documents proving the ability to pay tuition and living expenses.
Copy of passport data
